NSW BORDER TOWNS MOVE TO GREEN
From 6PM Monday the 18th of January NSW border towns move to a green zone allowing more freedom of travel.
This includes Albury City, Balranald Shire, Bega Valley Shire, Berrigan Shire, City of Broken Hill, Edward River Council, Federation Council, Greater Hume Shire, Hay Shire, Lockhart, Shire, Murray River Council, Murrumbidgee Council, Snowy Monaro Regional Council, Snowy Valleys Council, City of Wagga Wagga and Wentworth Shire.
Cross-border residents can still use their licence or other forms of ID with their address at checkpoints.
Victorian residents who live outside the ‘border bubble’ can travel to NSW green zones without needing to isolate on their return. You will need to apply for a permit to re-enter Victoria.
