West Course

If you’re looking for a newer golf course to play at Cobram Barooga Golf Club, the West Course might just be the one for you. This course is slightly longer than the Old Course and is designed more like a resort course, with wider fairways and larger greens that have more slope on them.

One of the highlights of the West Course is the abundance of local flora and fauna, which makes for a truly unique golfing experience. You’ll feel like you’re playing in a native sanctuary as you make your way around the course.

However, unlike the Old Course, the West Course has quite a few water hazards. The 16th hole is particularly challenging, as it plays at 180 meters and is a Par 3. The water carry stretching the width of the fairway and caressing the right-hand side can be intimidating for even the most seasoned golfers. So, be sure to bring your A-game when you take on the West Course!
